If and how burns can happen

#### Buybacks and Burns

Our intent is clear: as real revenue arrives from tools and services, a portion can be directed to buybacks and/or burns to reinforce long-term value. The exact percentages, triggers, and cadence won’t be set top-down; they’ll be proposed, discussed, and decided by the community as we progress.

* No automatic burns.

**Planned**

* Community may vote to use a slice of revenue for buybacks and/or burns.
* Start small and iterate; every transaction will be announced.
