# Model and Council

In order for "Organic" to be fully dencentralized community, theres going to be a council where the community will vote the **rules** that decide who gets in. \
\
Once those parameters are set things like $ORG holdings and contribution points will dictate who the role is assigned automatically in Discord and on our platform. \
\
As you build and earn points, your influence grows; if you go inactive, it shrinks. The council handles day-to-day priorities within a community-approved budget, while major changes always go to a full token vote. This keeps power dynamic, earned, and aligned with Organic’s long-term interests.

**Model of Council**

* Council multisig handles day to day within budget
* Token votes decide big moves and budgets
* Council members and terms are posted publicly

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://organic-1.gitbook.io/organic-docs/governance/model-and-council.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
