Who can contribute and how they are recognized

Organic is built as a community studio: we onboard people from every corner of crypto and we help them level up together. To make that real, we’re launching the Organic Academy, a set of short, practical online courses and playbooks that teach how to perform each role the Organic way: transparent, proof-driven, and collaborative. These roles are the engine that pushes the project forward, but they’re not a gate, if your skill isn’t listed, you’re still welcome and everyone can help and earn. At the end of the day, our community itself is the product: we build together, learn together, and share the rewards together.
